We’re looking for a Manager – Client Advisory Services (Accounting) to deliver high-quality financial reporting, oversee complex accounting operations, and guide a growing team.
What You’ll Do
- Manage monthly/quarterly/year-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Oversee preparation and review of financial statements in compliance with GAAP and industry-specific standards.
- Ensure accurate account reconciliations, variance analysis, and supporting schedules.
- Review client chart of accounts, posting structures, and system setups for efficiency.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to strengthen accuracy and compliance.
- Partner with clients on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
- Support tax compliance and external audits with well-prepared documentation.
- Mentor staff, review workpapers, and ensure consistent quality of deliverables.
- Recommend and implement process improvements across accounting systems and workflows.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s in accounting/finance; CPA strongly preferred.
- 5+ years in public accounting, outsourced accounting, or controllership roles.
- Solid technical foundation in GAAP, accrual accounting, and financial reporting.
- Experience with cloud-based systems (Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, BILL, etc.).

Qualifications
