What You’ll Do

  • Design and execute a go-to-market strategy tailored to energy sector growth opportunities
  • Identify, pursue, and close new client engagements with renewable, traditional, and emerging energy companies
  • Build executive-level relationships with industry leaders, associations, and investors
  • Partner with internal teams to shape tailored advisory, CFO, and tax solutions for energy organizations
  • Track policy, ESG, and regulatory shifts to translate them into client opportunities
  • Represent R2 Advisors at industry forums, conferences, and thought-leadership events

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in business development or consulting within the energy or infrastructure space
  • Strong understanding of financial, regulatory, and operational challenges in the sector
  • Ability to translate industry knowledge into solutions and growth opportunities
  • Natural connector with executive presence and strong communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required (MBA or advanced degree preferred)

 

Success in Year One Looks Like:

  • Establishing 5–7 new key client relationships in the energy space
  • Contributing to double-digit revenue growth for the sector vertical
  • Positioning R2 Advisors as a recognized partner in energy industry circles
